We are not a travel agent. When you book a flight or activity, you contract directly with the airline, operator, or third-party booking provider. We are not party to that transaction and are not liable for cancellations, refunds, or trip outcomes.

Don't scrape, abuse, or attempt to break the service. Don't use the site to do anything illegal in your jurisdiction. We may suspend access at any time during the beta without notice.

All content on the site (other than user-submitted content) is owned by The Wind Market or our data providers. Spot photos and wind data remain the property of their respective sources.
